How It Got Started

For years, I have studied and worked as a food and drink developer formulating new products and consulting people in this field. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started documenting my researches about the origin and properties of ingredients and flavour combinations. The result of this effort became a source of my new product development.
