Blackberry vodka cocktail
Blackberries make a delicate taste in cocktails which gets enhanced with lemon juice with a charming light pink colour .
Ingredients:
4 oz vodka
Juice of a lemon
2 oz simple syrup
5 blackberries
Ice cubes
Sparkling water
Instructions:
In a shaker add ice cubes, lemon juice, simple syrup, blackberries and shake well.
Strain in two serving glasses and top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a blackberry and thyme spring.
