Blackberry vodka cocktail

Blackberries make a delicate taste in cocktails which gets enhanced with lemon juice with a charming light pink colour .

Ingredients:

• 4 oz vodka

• Juice of a lemon

• 2 oz simple syrup

• 5 blackberries

• Ice cubes

• Sparkling water

Instructions:

1. In a shaker add ice cubes, lemon juice, simple syrup, blackberries and shake well.

2. Strain in two serving glasses and top with sparkling water.

3. Garnish with a blackberry and thyme spring.
