Iron soup


#Lentilandkalesoup 🍲 has a simple and easy to make recipe.


Here is what you need:


2 Tbsp vegetable cooking oil

1 #onion cut in small pieces

2 cans of #lentils

2 cups of #beef-broth

5-6 #kale leaves and stems cut in small pieces

1 Tbsp #quick-oat


Add oil into a pot, stir onions and heat for 5 minutes till onions are translucent and soft.

Add lentils and beef broth. Bring it to a boil over medium heat.

Add the kale pieces and stir.

Let the kale cook for about 10 minutes then add the quick oat and stir.

Check the flavour for extra salt, if needed add some salt.


Use a blender to mix and blend the soup to give it a smooth texture🍲 .


Add black peppers or cayenne pepper to your taste after pouring into a serving bowl.


Drink your soup 😋
