Here is how to make it:
1 Mango
1/4 cup #Orangejuice
1/4 cup Milk or #Almondmilk
1 Tbsp #Vanillayogurt
1/2 Tbsp #Hempseeds
In a blender add all the ingredients and stir to make a smoothie.
